Does your school have a SIT or PAC team??

SIT
School Improvement Team

PAC

Principal's Advisory Committee

School Improvement Team worked on tying curriculum between grades, whole school improvements....Technology, Building improvements...etc.

Principal's Advisory Committee worked on concerns the teams had and gave them an opportunity to communicate them to the Principal.

I think PAC is what your school needs. Each grade level would have a representative and they would meet with the Principal on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

It really helps keep the staff informed and feeling like their ideas are being addressed.

Good Luck!!
