Book for 1st day of school

I use Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day by Judith Viorst. We talk about how we all have bad days and how we have to let go of them and start over the next day. We discuss ways we can help people out who are having a bad day. Then we pick opposites for the words in the title and write a class book about what makes a good day.
