    We've been using Brain Gym activities in our primary classrooms here in small town Alberta Canada for at least 8 years. It's become second nature to use it (especially PACE) to strengthen focus skills, settle transitions or just break a long sitting period. And kids who can't do the exercises at first benefit the most when they do develop the skills after lots of repetition. They look like easy, even silly little activities, but you will surely notice an increase in focus and attention. But not for a while....you'll have to do it more than twice to see a real difference. And don't forget the water!
