Attendance/Lunch Count Chart

I use a T-chart I made out of a small piece of posterboard and laminated. The left side is "Brought Lunch." The right side is "Getting a Tray." When the students come in, the first thing they do is to put up the clothespin that has their name on it in the correct place on the chart. (I put their name on both sides of the clothespin.) I can tell by looking at the chart who isn't there and how many lunches I need to order.
