Gone fishing!
By Catherine

Clip to ScrapBook
What fun! Here a few things I thought of:

For an attendance routine you could do something like have each child's name on a laminated worm and have them put it in the "Fresh Bait" bucket. When a child is absent their worm stays in the other bucket that could be labeled "Gone Fishing". You could use the "Fresh Bait" bucket to pull names when you need an answer or helper.

If you post a lunch menu you could call it the "Catch of the Day" and put it on a big fish with a hook in his mouth.

I think it would be a hoot to have a small row boat filled with pillows in the reading area. This would take a lot of space though.

Use blues and greens around the room to give it an equatic feel.

Good luck and have fun!
