Try doubling up with rubber cement. Rubber cement both sides (sides that will stick together) and then let it sit for a minute or two until it is tacky and not liquidy any more. Then, it should stick pretty darn well.
Other options for binding? 3 hole punch with binder rings. You can tie on ribbons or other things to make it look prettier if you need. :)
