Failing to turn it in
By An Aussie

Clip to ScrapBook
It's not so much the Homework, it's the SELF-DISCIPLINE that is needed and it is the repeat offenders not turning in homework who do not have the discipline/respect or expectation and so less chance of success later in general life.

Because my school insists I set Homework, I make sure everyone understands my Homework procedure and that the amount is not too much or too hard. I make it fun.

Then I say at the start of the year to the kids, I set it, you do it. Simple. And I get 100% every week. If not, I question parents and if I get apathy then I know where the not committal kids get it from.

So therefore, there absolutely should be a consequence for not doing Homework.
