What to do! What to do!

Hi all-

I cannot believe I am asking this, but here goes. Today I had an interview at a private school, the principal said I will be receiving an offer letter after Easter break. YES this is fantastic news! However,
the school is in a tri parish, and they may be combining schools, but they don't know when. The class size is about 15 students. When I got home from the interview I had a message for another interview at another private school. This interview is being held next week, when I called to talk to the principal she said she looked over my resume and is very interested in me. This school

is more stable and has two of each grade. So, here is the problem. If they like me and say they want to offer me a job what do I do? Do I wait for each contract and then decide? What if I get another call? What if I don't really like either contract (BUT I REALLY WANT TO TEACH)? Can I back out of the contract if something else comes along?

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!
