turnover rate By curlygirl2

In my district/school MANY teachers leave each year due to moving, pregnancies... it is also a high pressure district. THat being said, 35 is not THAT many... about 9 per year. My school has about 600 kids and probably 45 certified teachers... at least... so if there were certain circumstances, than maybe it's not her fault... A lot being dismissed is not good... there is a process for that... a lengthy one a principal would not want to go through unnecessarily...
