We just implemented uniforms 2 years ago. I can definitely see the pros and cons to either way.

I thought there was a marked difference in the behavior, but after Katrina hit we let them wear anything (whatever they could get their hands on, within reason), and I honestly didn't see any difference in their behavior.

It does look nice to see them all in uniform, and it does keep the "designer" issues from coming out with the older kids, but it doesn't affect the younger ones.
