extra curricular ideas

Hello. This is my first year at this school and Im teaching third grade. This is my 5th year teaching. I love my job and am passionate about teaching and the kids. Well the principal came in to talk with me yesterday saying
that he sees that Im an experienced teacher but I need to do more for the school like extra curricular. Our schoool is focused on sports and I told him Ive never played sports and dont feel comfortable teachign something I know nothing about. He then said ok well If I gave you money to start a club what would you do with it? I wasnt expecting this question at all. I do like scrapbooking,

cardmaking, stamping so I had suggested that. Anyone else ever been in this position before or have any other ideas for me? I don't want him to think that I dont want to be involved. Thank so much
