Clip to ScrapBook
The Cat's Out of the Bag" is not my original idea. This is a matching activity that can be made as difficult or easy as necessary. I stamped coins on the front of lunch bags and stapled them to a bulletin board. Then I wrote the amounts of each bag on tagboard so that the numbers would be visible out of the top of the bag. The child can see if the coins matched the numbers. I also made this self checking by stamping the coins on the back side of the tagboard. Adding a black cat makes this visually appealing for Halloween.
