Emmy Hi Lori, I was reading the response you wrote about the classroom behavior...This is my first year teaching (EVER) in an inner city school and boy am I going cry..I really want to cry..I've tried the behavior star and if they are bad they lose a star...the clapping for slence..I've tried a lot and nothing seems to work..you have any other ideas PLEASE LET ME KNOW..
