You must be brave Cheryl. You don't have to hardly be at Bankstown anymore to understand that it is hard work with all those groups. Wow. Plus, it doesn't mean it will always be '''happy classrooms'''. I hope you get support from parents... but if they don't want to learn English, they need to go back home.

(I bet you are or have been offered a permanent job, as no-one I encounter wants to teach where you do!) Good luck.

As for this thread, while I understand immersion, I do think the paents of the boy are mean to do this to him so suddenly.
