National Boards

According to the website, "National Board Certification is a nationally accepted sign of quality in the teaching profession and offers a nationwide standard for evaluating and encouraging quality teaching. It is a way to recognize and reward the accomplished teachers we need to build competitive, world-class schools."
I know that NC pays for almost all of it and I am going to try to do it next year. I would love to hear from anyone who is currently is working towards it or has their certification. All advice is welcome!
