I give out an award each day to one child. I make sure each child receives one. This really helps with behavior in the classroom. All I have to say is "I'm looking for a good student to give today's award to." I have a variety of awards so there is one that is suitable for every child. I make my awards on print artist and make several copies on colored paper. I fill in the child's name and the date. It is really simple. I get my award ideas from www.schoolexpress.com/awards/name.asp
Just print off the pages with the different ideas and you are ready to go!
