team teaching

This will be my second year teaching in a team-teaching class. We teach a Grade 1/2 split. My partner teaches Mon, Tues, Wed and I teach Thurs, Friday. The children enjoy having two teachers, they benefit from our energy and our different talents. We try to keep routines similar and work to ensure that our classroom management techniques are compatible. We love it!
