Poll: How do you do report card comments?

Okay, we're doing report cards for the 1st time this year (trimesters) and I was just wondering how you guys handle report card comments. Some members from my team type them, others don't. I find that there just isn't room on the actual report card (only room for about 3-4 sentences). So 1) Do you type your comments? 2) How much do you write? :confused:
