Cut out laminating cut out letters for bulletin boards make copies correct papers tutor a student organize an art project (gather all materials, make tracers, make an example, etc) put papers or what ever into student mailboxes the list is really endless, when ever you are doing something and you think boy I could really be using my time more wisely doing this instead then have the assistant finish what you are doing... does that make sense?
