Clip to ScrapBook
When we discuss range in math concerning a listing of numbers, we're talking about the difference between the highest number and the lowest number. I would think that by asking you what range you want, they mean what are the lowest to the highest answers you want the students to work with. Ex. I want the answers to be between 100 and 500. This has been what I've used in the past, but it's been awhile since I've used any worksheet generator programs. I could be wrong, but give it a shot and see if that's what was meant by range.
