I am seeking your participation in a survey which asks you to reflect upon your satisfaction in your job.

Directions: Read each question below and rate your experience on a scale of
1 to 5 with 1 meaning “I strongly disagree” and 5 meaning “I strongly agree”. You can delete the numbers/choices you don't want, to make it simpler to respond!
