I agree with Amy-meet your co-op and find out what you are teaching so you can gather lesson ideas.
Also, make sure you are really clear on your college/university's requirements for student teaching. At my school we get student teachers from several different universities, and it is hard for us to keep track of what each university's requirements are. We really depend on the student teachers to know what is required for their program.
Student teaching will be exhausting, but exciting. Try to get every little bit of experience you can. Best of luck!
