how about a station in which you display various books that are appropriate for your students' levels? The buzz for that station could be read with your child--and here are some great titles to get you started. Supplement with a bibliography, so parents can just roll up to the public library and have several titles they can look for. Just have them printed out and laying there for parents to take. Parents appreciate this more than you know. Often, parents don't know which books to choose. This could help.
