Last year I printed a list with all names listed on it. I passed out a paper to each one. I had them reflect, think about what they liked about each person on their list. Then I allowed them to write a nice thing about each person. I then collected them all, typed up a list of all the nice things that were said about each student. For example, I wrote Johnny's name on the top of the paper and then read everyones things that they wrote about Johnny and typed them under his name. The kids and parents LOVED it!
