The Daily Warm-Ups that I will be using (I just came across them recently and need to order them): Daily Warm-Ups Reading published by Teacher Created Resources. The educational stores in my area don't have them shelved, but the website for TCR has them. These warm-ups have all the various comprehension skills (not just fact and opinion).

I did notice at my local educational store today, however, a series of practice books--each one targeting a specific reading skill, such as Fact and Opinion or Main Idea.
