JW child
By Brooke S.

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a JW child this year. I gave the parents a list of the activities that we would do this year. We talked about what she would do and would not do. They also gave me paperwork that says that the children are responsible for using their own conscience and making decisions. This is in the official WatchTower materials. I have adopted the attitude that she will let me know if it is something that she is uncomfortable doing. Her dad even attended the Fall Pary and we had pumpkin painting, spider cookie decorating, etc. I just told her not to participate in something if it made her uncomfortable. It really has not been a difficult situation with this child. I'm sure others might have different experiences though.
