If you can whip it up: Have them register to vote. Then have two groups-- (this may be kind of elementary) ex: salty snacks and sweet snacks. Those are like the parties. Have them vote and go through the primaries. Then have them do the real vote. Depending on how much time you have, you can have them do more with the media, slogans, issues, etc...
