    How to find a good school district!

    I am living in Europe right now, hence the name Euroteacher, but we're planning on moving to the U.S. next year. In fact, we're planning on moving to Texas. How do I know which school districts are good to work for as far as good administration, benefits, etc? I'm planning on teaching bilingual K-4.
