First or Second

I taught First Grade for 17 years then moved to 2nd. I love both. There is no substitute for a great First Grade teacher. Furthermore there is not a grade where you see so much advancement. Second grade is great too because you can build on the foundation. But in First Grade they are full of the love of learning without motivation most of the time. Good luck in whatever you choose. They are both great!
