At my school, we're told we're going to have our observation sometime within a 2 week window. We do not get to pick the class--the principal just shows up and observes all period. I wasn't nervous last year...this year they've thrown a huge curveball at me and I'm completely changing my rosters AND my classes at the beginning of the next six weeks. My observation will be within a couple of weeks after that.
Hopefully he'll be nice.
