Clear and simple --- the bonus points are the teacher's.

I don't see how admin can "outlaw' anything the teacher purchases --- but admin does a lot of things in "name of admin" LOL The teachers can just have the stuff shipped to their home address. I have done that for things I have ordered during the summer.
