I have taught 2nd grade for 2 years. The first year I had about 10 jobs and I rotated each week. Yet it seemed to be too much hassle with a billion other things to do. So the second year I decided to have one helper each day. At the beginning of the year I explain all the jobs that person has each day and I just rotate through the kids day by day. It's a lot less hassle and I like it a lot better.
