I will be teaching grade 2 for the first time, and will definately use jobs. I agree with Nessa, in that having a job for each student will work. At clean-up time, everyone is busy doing their job, and it gets done quickly. I will be having a "line leader" as well as the all-important "line caboose". It's funny how much they love to be at the end of the line.
