I take a picture of each child the first day of school. I use their pictures with a magnet on the back to indicate the job they will hold for the week. I also have a title for "unemployed." The students on the unemployment list may apply for a position if someone doesn't show up for work (out ill). I have added positions in the past, as the students have become more responsible each trimester.
