I too feel like Tracy. I was hired to teach first at a new school (which is all I had ever taught). A week before school started they moved me to 2nd and I bawled. Now I will never go back to first. While I enjoyed the responsibility of teaching 1st graders how to read, watching 2nd graders flourish in all of those basics is most rewarding for me! Enjoy whatever you choose!
