how to make sticker books?

Joanne,
I read your post with interest because I too will be moving to a lower grade (all experience has been in 4th and 5th). I can guess what a sticker book is but wonder how you make them. It sounds like a nice activity for younger children. Can you comment on how you make them and when you award them (ie goood work, good behavior, etc)?
