DIBELS isn't really a teaching tool, so I have never seen a lesson plan for this assessment. If you're looking for how to put it into your own plans, I would simply type DIBELS assessment. If you looking for information on HOW to conduct a DIBELS assessment go to the website: http://dibels.uoregon.edu/ You'll find everything you need to give the assessments there.
