All out of pocket but I try to keep it inexpensive. I teach K and they're just thrilled to get something from the teacher so it doesn't have to be anything big. My entire family saves "happy meal" toys for me and they love those (even though I'm sure they already have them at home) Also, it takes a while for a child to earn something from the prize box so I don't have to replenish very often.
