    I have a curriculum/Meet the Teacher/parents only event for this coming WEdnesday. For this, I use Power Point and just include information and graphics.

    For our Open House, in September, after we've been in school for about 3 weeks, I do a Power Point presentation with pictures. There are very basic templates that you can use on Power Point. I use the one where the top is a text box and underneath is a graphic. The top I type a headline about whatever our picture is. Underneath I just copy and paste the picture in. I set it to continuously rotate through. It's easy to use if you have computer knowledge at all, you can learn how to set it up!
