reading is everywhere

I really don't blame the kids. Reading is not just in a book. The magazine idea is good. If you have anyone that has the poplular mechanics or Hot rod magazines ( just preview them first) Then sit out copies of the encyclopedia. Talk to the boys and see what their interests are sports, favorite people. I did tutoring one summer for a jr. high boy and did that . Then I found websites about that favorite thing and let me read from that. Also check the reading levels of those boys. :) Good luck
