Morning routine
By Patty

Clip to ScrapBook
Dear Jennifer, This is what works for me---
I have 10-12 stations/activities that the children work on thorought the morning, ex. handwriting, writhing numbers, ABC order, dictionary skills, anything you want them to work on. I have seasonal cutouts with the names of the activities on them and underneath I write what I want them to do. The children work on this throughtout the morning while I do reading and work with individual students. Generally, all of the work is review of concepts. It takes about 2 weeks in the fall to "train" the children to work in the manner I want but in my opinion it pays off. I hope this helps! Patty
