That you had to experience this. The second principal that I had was very intimidating. I hated working for her, as well as the rest of the staff. When she left 2 years ago, we had such a different atmosphere and change in the staff moral. RUN!

If you are offered the job, and take it. Remember that things are not personal. After you get your feet in the door, you can ask to be transfered to a new school at the end of the school year. Many of my fellow teachers did this. GOOD LUCK :s)
