I don't think a suit is necessary. By 3grteacher
|
| I wore a jean skirt, white shirt and red sweater to the interview that landed me my job. For other interviews I wore suits and similar things. It didn't seem to matter to my principal that I had a jean skirt on. In fact, I had just come from a subbing job, so they got to see what I looked like while I was teaching.
I think most staff/Principals are looking for someone who looks well groomed, neat and comfortable. A suit alone won't get you anything, but a great attitude, and being prepared can!:s)
