I was in a school one year that we had to deal with mold. On the first day of school we were told there was mold discovered and they were shutting down the second floor of our school. We had 3 hours to box up everything to go into storage. The sad thing is, I had just moved to the second floor and set up my class. We were only allowed to take 1 box of stuff with us that was disinfected. (it was difficult to decide quickly what you wanted).

I ended up teaching in our library for over three months. The only resources I had were in my one box. The funny thing is, it was a great year! The students in the school all took it in stride and we learned very early on to be very flexible.
