Clip to ScrapBook
I have been making up a number of spelling assignments this year. Hope they help!
1. Have kids write words once and then put the words in a lasso (hand drawn) that have an odd number of letters. ex. owl=3 letters so it would be in the lasso. This is good math practice.
2. Write 3 times-once normally, second time backwards, third time normally
3. Write 10 spelling words in sentences then circle all the nouns or verbs in red crayon
4. Write synonyms or antonyms for each word
5. Write words in cursive
6. Write a postcard to someone using 10 of your words
Good Luck!
