If I am staying in the district, it goes...

When I transferred from one school to another within the district, I took the reproducibles with me. I left things like construction paper, writing paper and the texts from that grade level. I took all of my posters. I agree with the other poster, the district paid for it, and those things were still staying within district. I did have to "sneak" out a bookcase that I had ordered before we re-alligned the grades. There is no guarantee that the next teacher would want your supplies, they might teach differently and want things of their own. That being said, I spend a lot of my own money at the teacher stores anyway. Most of the reproducible books and posters are mine outright because the budget only really covers the cost of basic materials.
