desk lamp

I have a lamp in my reading center that is one of those desk lamps with the moldable neck... because of this, it shines down on someone's book, but does not really add light the area. It can get hot if left on too long, so our rule is-- if it's off any kid can turn it on to read under, but I'm the only one who is allow to turn it off.
