I have good luck with the sticky-tack in my room, but you said that you have already tried that. Other people in my building hot glue things to the walls with a hot glue gun. Whenever you want to take it down, the hot glue will stick to your poster if it is not laminated. If it is laminated, it will flick right off. It should come right off the wall too. You might want to try this in a corner of the room where it won't mess up your walls too bad since you just got them painted, but it should work! Good luck. RKM :s)
