I picked this up from another teacher. It is fun and catchy. You do it to the Adams Family song/tune. (*= snap of fingers)

It also makes many students want to learn how to snap their fingers.
One other thing I use when we are saying yesterday was...etc., is if it's a struggling student I give them a hint like Terrific....(Tuesday)... Wacky....(Wednesday).... Fantastic ....(Friday)etc.
