I'm using this one now and it's working pretty well.
1. Choose a picture card. (pictures of simple words ie. van, mat, cat, etc.)
2. Use the letter tiles to make the word. (Can be purchased or hand-made)
3. Check your word. (word written on back of picture)
4. Write the word in your word bank. (spiral notebooks or stapled blank paper)
